Helpful Application Submission Instructions


Step #1 Read Leasing Criteria

  • Please view 'Rental Application Process & Rental Criteria' prior to proceeding with the leasing application

Step #2 - Application Completion

  • Select the 'Apply Now' Button to proceed
  • Complete the application in it's entirety (do not skip any sections, this may delay your underwriting decision)

Step#3 - Pay Application Fee

  • After the completion of the application you will be prompted to pay a $25.00 application fee (per applicant) via credit card payment.
  • All occupants 18 years of age and older must submit an application and pay an application fee

Step #4 - Email Required Documentation

  • Valid State ID
  • Verification of Income - Submit most recent pay stubs equivalent to one month of pay
  • Rental Verification - Copies of money order’s, canceled checks and/or account ledger provided by property management company (twelve months)
  • Note:  additional Information may be required

  • Underwriting decisions will not be rendered until all requested information is provided

Step #5 - Review Qualifications

  • Length at current residence
  • Length of employment
  • No evictions three years or less
  • Income equivalent three times (3X) the rent gross
  • Background check, credit check & landlord verification  will be processed
