* Tenants are require to give a 30 day notice prior to leaving the property *

We know that there is a lot to keep track of during your transition . We hope this list will make it more clear and organized for you . If you do have any questions, call us at (937) 832 -0870.

An inspection will be done only after all your personal property has been removed and you have cleaned the property. At that time you need to take the keys to the office. We consider you still living at the property until the keys are turned in. Rent will be charged until W & M Properties receives keys and garage door remote - do NOT leave keys at the property. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RE-ENTER THE PROPERTY AFTER ALL KEYS HAVE BEEN TURNED INTO THE OFFICE.

Cleaning Specifications
•Remove all personal items and trash for residence and yard areas
•Clean all appliance that stay in the property
•Clean all sinks cabinets and drawers
•Carpet needs to be professionally cleaned and receipt provided and turned in turned in with your keys
•Clean all hard floors removing stains and marks
•Clean walls and hallways ( pay close attention to areas around light switches and door handles)
•Clean all windows and secure all screens and remove cobwebs incised and out
•Clean and disinfect bathrooms
•Repair any damage cause by pets
•Discontinue your phone service at location 24 hours before your move
•If your responsible for your yard, please cut yard shrubs and remove trash
•General cleaning of the the whole property
