If you have a question about account balances, please contact the leasing office for accurate account information. ACH transactions will be posted the same day if payment is received by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Clients are permitted two free ACH/Electronic Check payments monthly. Credit cards payment processing can take up to five business days. Processing fees apply to debit/credit card payments.

Please note your rental payment is due on the first of every month with late fees applying in accordance to your leasing contract. W&M Properties reserves the right to decline any on-line payment. Proceeding with your on-line payment is agreeing to the above terms.
